What We Collect

When you join our email list, request a free resource, or join a course waitlist.
Your name and email address.

When you use the contact form.
Your name, email address, your phone number if you choose to provide it (it is optional), and whatever you write in your message.

When you use the parental leave benefit calculator.
Your email address, plus the information you enter and the results the calculator produces. That includes your estimated leave start month and day, whether you are the birthing or non-birthing parent, and your pay during your base period (either an annual salary or an hourly rate and weekly hours). We also store the figures the calculator generates from that input: your base period range, estimated weekly benefit, paid weeks, estimated total benefit, wage replacement rate, and job protection weeks.

We keep this so we can send you your results and so that any conversation we have afterward starts from what you already told us, rather than making you repeat it.

The calculator does not ask for and we do not collect your Social Security number, your employer’s name, medical records, or any pregnancy-related health information.

When you book or attend a consultation.
Whatever you choose to share with us in order to plan your leave. We transcribe consultations using Wispr Flow for our internal notes and records, to maintain the quality of our service, and to prepare your session recap and follow-up. If you would prefer that a session not be transcribed, let us know before it starts. How we treat that information is covered in our Terms of Service under Confidentiality.

Standard website and analytics data such as pages viewed and general usage patterns, collected through our website platform.

How We Use It

We use your information to send you what you asked for, to answer you, to plan and deliver our services, to send occasional updates about our services or offers, and to improve what we publish.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run this business, and your information is shared with them only so they can provide that service to us:

• Kajabi, which hosts this website, our scheduling and booking, our courses, and our contact records and email
• Wispr Flow, which transcribes consultation sessions
• Analytics providers, for general website usage data

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Emails and Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any email we send. We respect your choices and will promptly remove you from our mailing list. If you unsubscribe from marketing email, we may still reply to a message you sent us directly.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact and calculator information for as long as it is useful for supporting you or for our records, unless you ask us to delete it.
